This Privacy Policy explains how AI-Lectio ("we," "our," or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Data Controller

The App and its backend services (including systems hosted at apimindreader.com) are operated by the entity responsible for AI-Lectio. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, that entity acts as the data controller of your personal data.

• Account and identity information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. This information is used to create and manage your account.
• Content you create. Notes, summaries, text, images, photos, and voice recordings you create or upload in the App. This content is processed to provide core features such as AI summarization, quiz generation, chat, storage, and synchronization.
• Usage and diagnostics. Information about how you interact with the App (e.g. features used, crashes, errors) to help us improve performance and reliability. Where possible, this data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
• Device and technical data. Device type, operating system version, and similar technical information required for the App to function correctly and securely.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
• Authenticate users and manage accounts and subscriptions.
• Process content using AI models to deliver requested functionality.
• Respond to support requests and user communications.
• Send important service-related notices.
