• Your photos, files, or media
• Any sensitive personal information

You can use ActionSpark without creating an account. No login. No tracking. No drama.

🔹 Information We Do Use

To make the app work, we may access:

• Push Notifications: So your hero can roast you at the perfect time. Notifications are sent via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs). You can disable them anytime in your device settings.
• App Usage Data: Anonymous usage patterns (e.g., which features you use) may be collected to improve your experience. This data does not identify you personally.
• Local Storage: All your weight data and progress remain stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on our servers.

We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.

🔹 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Premium Weekly or Premium Monthly, all payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.

• We do not have access to your payment details.
• We only receive confirmation from Apple that a purchase or renewal has been made.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

🔹 Third Parties

• Apple App Store for subscriptions and payments
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) for delivering notifications

No third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools are used. Period.

🔹 Data Security

Your data is stored only on your device and is protected by Apple’s iOS security framework. Since we don’t store your personal data on external servers, risks of exposure are minimized.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of ActionSpark after changes means you accept the updated terms.
